Fundr Vendor Terms & Conditions

These terms are additional to the general Workolo Terms of Service and apply only when you opt in to participate as a Vendor on Fundr projects.

1. Scope

By opting in, you elect to be invited by other Workolo users to submit quotes against their Fundr / Proposalz scopes of work, deliver the awarded scope, raise invoices, and receive payment through Workolo's facilitated workflow.

2. Quote Integrity

  • Every quote you submit (or that is uploaded on your behalf with your confirmation) is a binding offer.
  • Pricing, scope and timelines stated in the quote must be honoured if your quote is selected.
  • Quotes may be withdrawn only before voting starts; once stakeholders have begun voting, your quote remains live.

3. Delivery & Invoicing

  • You agree to deliver the awarded scope on time and to the agreed quality.
  • Invoices must accurately reflect the awarded quote. Taxes (GST/TDS where applicable) are your responsibility.
  • Workolo facilitates collection but is not a counter-party to the underlying supply.

4. Permanent Opt-In

Opting in as a Fundr Vendor is a permanent decision. You cannot unilaterally turn it off from your profile. To stop participating, you must submit a termination request which an Administrator will review.

5. Termination Conditions

An Administrator will only approve termination when all of these are true:

  • You have no active (non-withdrawn) quotes on any live Proposalz / Fundr.
  • You are not whitelisted on any Fundr currently expecting work or payouts from you.
  • You have no pending deliveries against awarded scopes.
  • You have no unsettled invoices raised through Workolo.

Send termination requests in-app from your profile. For escalations write to admin@workolo.com.

6. Conduct

You will conduct yourself professionally with Fundr creators, stakeholders and fellow vendors. Misrepresentation, undelivered scope, retaliation, or off-platform circumvention of Workolo can result in immediate suspension of your Vendor status and forfeiture of pending payouts at Workolo's discretion.

7. Fees, Refunds & Disputes

Platform fees, payment processing charges and refund handling follow Workolo's published policies. Disputes will be reviewed by Workolo and decisions will be final and binding for the purpose of releasing or recalling funds held on platform.

8. Data & KYC

You authorise Workolo to use your verified KYC, bank, GSTIN and PAN details to operate quote, invoicing and payout flows. You will keep these details accurate at all times.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the registered office of Workolo will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

10. Acceptance

By ticking the agreement in your profile, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these terms in addition to the general Workolo Terms of Service.
